Data Deletion

You can delete the data SocialMint holds about you in any of these ways.

Remove the app from Facebook

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and websites (under Security and login, or in Accounts Center).
3. Find SocialMint, select Remove, and choose to delete your activity if asked.

Meta then notifies us, and we automatically delete your Meta access token and the Pages and Instagram accounts you connected, and cancel any posts scheduled to them.

Disconnect inside the app

On the Connect accounts page, untick your Pages and Instagram accounts and save, then select Disconnect to delete your Meta access token straight away. Delete posts from the Library to remove them and their images.

Delete your whole account

To delete your SocialMint account, including your login details, brand kits, posts, images and activity logs, email contact@scimej.com from the address you signed up with. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
